2. Requests are not orders
Prices and product information on this site are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Submitting a request creates no contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing after speaking with you, at the price and quantity agreed at that point.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request products. Supplements are intended for healthy adults and are not suitable for everyone.
4. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging and formulations can change. Photographs are illustrative. Always read the label supplied with the product before use.
5. Prices and payment
Indicative prices are shown in pounds sterling. The final price, including delivery and any applicable VAT, is confirmed before you commit. Payment terms are agreed with you during confirmation.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false details through the request form. All site content and branding remain our property.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
