1. How we collect your data

We collect information in two ways: you give it to us directly, and our hosting provider records basic technical details automatically. We never buy your data from third parties.

What we collectWhenHow we use it
Name, email address, phone number, product of interest and your messageWhen you submit a request form on this websiteA manager reads it and replies with stock, pricing and advice. It is not used for anything else.
Email and phone content you send usWhen you write to business@noralia-commerce.ltd or call usTo answer your question and, if you order, to arrange payment and delivery.
Delivery name and addressOnly after you confirm an order with a managerPassed to a carrier so the parcel reaches you. Carriers may not use it for their own marketing.
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewedAutomatically, by our hosting and security providerTo keep the site online, block abuse and spot broken pages. We do not build profiles from it.

2. What we do with it — and what we never do

  • Used to reply and to deliver. Your details are used to answer your request, prepare a quote, take payment and ship your order.
  • Used to stay compliant. Invoices and product-safety records are kept where UK law requires them.
  • Never sold or rented. We do not sell, rent or trade your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • No unsolicited marketing. You receive only what you asked for. A follow-up after a request is limited to the products you asked about.

A fuller description of our legal bases, retention periods and your rights under UK GDPR is in the Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies and similar storage we use

Cookies are small files placed on your device; local storage works the same way and sits in your browser. Here is the complete list for this website.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice

Your decision is not permanent. Use the button below to clear the stored choice — the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit and you can decide differently.

5. Controlling cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings: Chrome (Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies), Safari (Settings → Privacy), Firefox (Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies), Edge (Settings → Cookies and site permissions). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this site — including the request form — from working. Private or incognito windows delete this storage when you close them.

6. How long we keep things

A cookie choice stays in your browser for up to 12 months. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months; records tied to a completed order are kept for six years for UK tax and accounting purposes.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies, or a request about your data, can be sent to business@noralia-commerce.ltd or posted to Noralia Commerce Ltd, Piccadilly Business Centre, Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester, M12 6AE, United Kingdom. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
